Hardware-in-the-Loop HIL Test Platform
Hardware-in-the-Loop Test Platforms

Product Overview
The Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test platform is designed for controller development, functional validation and prototype testing. Through collaborative operation of real-time models and tested controllers, it achieves closed-loop testing of control logic, interface behavior and system response. The platform is suitable for validation work in the development stage of ECU, TCU, BMS and other controllers, and can also be used for rapid prototype development and system joint debugging.
Pain Points
- Lack of complete physical system in early controller development stage, high cost of building validation environment
- Control logic testing under complex conditions relies on real vehicle or physical platform, resulting in long cycles
- Multiple interfaces between different control units, heavy joint debugging workload, and inefficient fault location
- Functional validation, boundary testing and abnormal testing are difficult to implement repeatedly
Solution
The platform builds a repeatable and scalable test environment through linkage of real-time simulation models, signal interfaces and controller hardware. It supports validation of controller functions, input-output relationships and control response without relying on a complete physical system, improving development efficiency and test coverage.
